From its humble beginnings in a garage in 1982, the St. Leo Food Bank has grown into one of the largest food banks in Pierce County. We are one of the few food banks in the county that is open on Saturdays, and we also have a food line on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Our goal is to provide our clients with enough food for three meals for three days.

“In past hard times St. Leo’s has kept me fed when I had nowhere else to turn. I am so thankful Tacoma has this resource, I hope I don’t ever need to fall back on it again, but I will never forget the wonderful people, and the hope that St. Leo’s gave me when i needed it most. THANK YOU from me and my family.”
